Reminder that the early bird rate for delegates and exhibitors will end on 31 January 2024; after this date, the rates will be:
•    Member rate all three days, £510 plus VAT (was £420 plus VAT)
•    Retired/unemployed/full-time student member rate, £170 plus VAT (was £155 plus VAT)
•    Exhibition Member AOrg rate, £330 per/m2 (was £280 plus VAT per/m2)

After this date we’ll also be releasing one and two day rates for the conference plus the opportunity to book and join virtually in case you’re not able to attend in person (please note that you must book a virtual pass per person):
•    One day member rate, £195 plus VAT
•    Two day member rate, £350 plus VAT
•    Virtual member rate all three days, £335 plus VAT
•    Virtual member rate two days, £225 plus VAT
•    Virtual member rate one day, £165 plus VAT
•    Retired/unemployed/full-time student virtual member rate, £135 plus VAT

Group DiscountsRemember that we do offer group discounts for those that book from one organisation at the same time and all delegates are on one invoice.  There is a 10% discount for booking four to five delegate places and 15% if you book six or more delegates at the same time from the same organisation; delegate names can be booked later.  In order to receive the group discount, please either book online and select pay with an invoice so that we're able to manually discount the price for you or email georgie.richardson@srp-uk.org .
