Chernobyl - 30 years on

26th April marked the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. See the free to read article entitled 'Chernobyl and Fukushima - where are we now?' by SRP Honorary Fellow Professor Richard Wakeford in the Journal of Radiological Protection available here. At SRP's recent Annual Conference in Llandudno 2016, there was a Chernobyl stand where people brought items from their time working in Chernobyl, this was to signify its 30th anniversary. This prompted SRP member, Tony Powell, to write a piece about his time working in Chernobyl, read his article here. Below is a photo of his items at the conference.
