Jennifer Humphries took over as SRP President at the AGM held during this week's Annual Conference in Aberdeen. She is seen here after receiving the Presidential Medal from Immediate Past President Jim Thurston.  Jennifer is the youngest female President in the 60 year history of the Society.

She has been active in SRP since 2010 when she helped to set up the Rising Generations Group (RGG), which is for members in the early part of their career. In 2012 she was the first RGG member elected to Council and became Director of Engagement in 2018.  She is a Radiation Protection Adviser working in the Corporate RP team at Sellafield Ltd.
