Alternative Routes in Radiation Protection
News Story from 7th Aug 2025
As many of you will know, GCSE and A-Level results day are this month - with students in Scotland having already received their results. There is a lot of pressure to get the right results in order to continue on to higher education.
SRP is keen to let those receiving their grades know that if they don't get the grades they want, to not be too disheartened as there are always other routes into the career that they would like to go into.
There are many apprenticeships within the radiation protection industry which we are currently compiling a list of and can hopefully share soon.
We'd also like to highlight the mentor scheme that we offer through SRP membership - please do ask us if you would like more information about this.
