President Mike Wood recently visited AWE to present Chris Jones (AWE) with the 2025 Jack Martin Award for the best oral presentation at the Annual Conference, which took place in Hull earlier this year.  Chris presented on 'The Future Use of AI in Radiation Protection'.  Many congratulations to you Chris.  Whilst visiting AWE, Mike was given a site tour which included a number of key radiation protection areas, including the dosimetry laboratories and the Radiological Instrument and Calibration (RI&C) unit where he met the Head of the Approved Dosimetry Service and the Group Leader for RI&C as well as other members of the Society.
