SRP awarded Radiation Protection Council Licence
News Story from 14th Oct 2019
As announced at the AGM in May, SRP submitted an application to the Radiation Protection Council (the UK’s registration authority for the RP profession) seeking a Licence to assess and register members to the RPC Registers as Chartered , Incorporated and Technical Radiation Protection Professionals (CRadP, IRadP and TechRadP). We are delighted to announce that the application was accepted in September and SRP's Registration Approval Committee in the Professional Standards Directorate is now finalising the practical arrangements. Details of how the new system will work and when it will be launched will be announced next month. In the meantime, you can still apply to be admitted to the CRadP register using the current forms.
